3. Source Material Confidentiality
The Source Material (audio/video files) you provide is treated with the highest degree of confidentiality.
- It is only accessed by the personnel (transcribers, editors, and quality control staff) directly involved in processing your order.
- All personnel are bound by strict Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs).
- Source Material is retained after completion so that we can support revisions, delivery questions, quality review, and legitimate recordkeeping needs. We do not automatically delete Source Material after 30 days. You may request deletion, subject to any applicable legal, contractual, billing, or dispute-resolution retention requirements.
4. Website Chat and AI Assistance
If you choose to use the Jade website chat, your message and the conversation history may be processed by our approved AI service provider so that the assistant can respond or route your request to our team. Please do not include privileged case details, highly sensitive personal information, payment-card information, or protected health information in chat. For sensitive matters, use the secure order process or contact us directly.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
